Get to Know Us
Paul is a Director of the company and is responsible for the development of all key brands as well as specialist footwear programmes for specific customers and markets. He has built strong industry relationships over his twenty six years in the footwear industry.
Paul joined what was in 1987 Vita Shoe Company training in pattern cutting, design and range building. It was this strong platform that gave him the highly valuable understanding of footwear manufacturing that continues to provide an edge today.
In 1999 Paul bought the business and Vita Pacific Ltd was born. Paul’s skills have enabled Vita’s ranges to become stronger and more valuable to its customers. This and a strong focus in helping customers achieve success is what drives Paul.
Whenever possible, Paul enjoys fishing and diving and is a very “one eyed” All Blacks rugby supporter.

Phill joined Vita Pacific as a Director and Shareholder in 2002. His previous ten years experience in management and finance has greatly assisted the growth of Vita Pacific.
Upon joining, Phill has implemented many system and procedures that has enabled Vita Pacific to increase business levels throughout Australasia.
Although responsible for the day to day management of the business functions including the ever changing risk assessment of foreign currency, Phill gets most satisfaction from the relationships he builds with Vita Pacific’s customers.
Phill and his wife are actively engaged in their small local community and spend a great amount of time supporting their three sons in differing sporting pursuits.
